Business Development Manager

Education Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing sales or HR Preferred

Experience in the US staffing industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong prospecting, relationship building. Interaction with clients (US Staffing) and having Extensive company contacts, consistent track record of ability to reach targets is key to the position. Will be responsible for generating new business through sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, territory planning and relationship building.

  • 4-5 years’ experience in US Staffing as Business Development Manager.
  • Open to work in US timings

  • Self-motivated with strong work ethics
  • Decent understanding of information technology systems

  • Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines

Duties including but not limited to:
  • Add new Direct Clients to client list
  • Get requirements from Direct Clients
  • Get requirements from Prime Vendors (Tier1 Clients/Vendors)
  • Work with recruitment team on requirements to submit profiles in time for submission
  • Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams
  • Meet revenue and bottom line targets

    IT Recruiter – US

    Education Qualification: Any Graduate , MBA in HR Preferred

    The IT recruiter is in charge of the creation of recruitment strategies and interview plans for different IT positions. Development of candidates for various IT positions from within the company through training before the actual need arises.

    Other Duties including but not limited to:

    Finding profiles for market - Job sites, partner companies for all Requirements

    Interviewing applicants through existing and new sources as needed
